Days Gone By Primitives
Welcome to Days Gone By's website. My name is Clydine Griffith, proprietor of Days Gone By. We opened our doors in 1987 selling handmade primitives. Our handmade birdhouses, dolls, signs, cupboards and seasonal items are mixed with antique finds and simple goods. Our shop hours are Thursday 10a.m.-4p.m., Friday and Saturday 10a.m.-3p.m. EST. We carry Olde Century Colors paint. Items you may find in our shop are Mercantile Gathering and A Simple Life magazines, Sentsible Scents candles (Made in Ohio), Early Homestead candles and strings of hand dipped lights (Dipped in Ohio). In our shop you will find Family Heirloom Weavers, the ONLY fabric still loomed in the USA. Their products include valances, panels, blankets, throws and table toppers. If your are looking for decorative rugs, we carry in sizes 8' x 10', 6'x9', 5'x8', and assorted smaller sizes. Our shop also carries valances, swags, panels, and shower curtians with the primitive home in mind. We our closed the month of August. The first Saturday in May is our Spring Ducky sale. The first Saturday in October, we gather a few other primitive vendors for our show, "A Simple Country Gathering". Our Christmas openhouse is the first Saturday in December. For more information, click contact us and feel free to call or email us. So sit back with a cup of tea and enjoy some simple country pictures. Make sure you check back as we will be updating the site.
Thanks,
Clydine
